Self-love is a vital requirement required to dedicate the time and energy to transform your health. Please give yourself a boost right now with a twenty- to thirty-second (4-6 deep breaths) self-hug while stroking your upper arms to increase the 'love hormone' oxytocin. Not only does this elevate your mood, this feeling increases relaxation, good positive thinking and well-being in general 💫
Daily contact with supportive friends and family increases self-love too. Take time and care to cultivate these relationships.

My Morning Routine
Part 1 - Meditation
Following a morning routine can be one of the best ways to start the day. Studies have shown that regular meditation increases daily calm and reduces aging.
Alternative: a heartfelt prayer.
Part 2 - Lemon Water
1/4 lemon juice diluted in a glass of filtered water
🍋 Helps remove toxins the liver detoxifies overnight.🍋 Drink on an empty stomach, 15-30 mins away from other drinks.
🟡 Avoid chewing the bits of lemon for tooth health.
Part 2 Alternative - Water
A glass of water - filtered if possible.

💦 Bring to a rolling boil for one minute to kill bacteria or viruses if you do not have access to safe drinking water.
Part 3 - Celery Juice - 'Miracle Medicine of Our Time'
